Republican U.S. Senate Candidates to Visit Ventura County Wednesday

Thousand Oaks, Calif. – Eight Republican candidates for U.S. Senate will be speaking at the January meeting of the Ventura County Republican Party on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 7 pm at the Best Western Thousand Oaks Inn, located at 75 W. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Thousand Oaks.

All of the Republican candidates have been invited and the Ventura County GOP is expected to consider endorsing a candidate ahead of the March primary election.

The candidates who have confirmed their attendance are Sharleta Bassett, Denice Gary-Pedrol, Eric Early, Dr. Sarah Sun Liew, Stefan Simchowitz, Jim Macauley, Jonathan Reiss, and Martin Veprauskas.

The event will also have several other Republican candidates for Congress, State Senate and State Assembly in attendance.

This event is free and open to the public.

At 5:30 pm the same evening, the candidates will also attend a Meet and Greet reception. This is a great opportunity to meet the candidates in a more intimate and less formal environment as well as a chance to get answers to any pressing questions you may have.
